About us

The West Cheshire MG Owners Club caters for MG owners and enthusiasts from Chester, Deeside, The Wirral & North East Wales.

Our history

The club was formed in 2008. It has grown steadily and includes members with all ages of MGs. These include a 1930's P Type Midget and 1950's TD & TF models. As well as these early vehicles, there are numerous MGBs, Midgets and MGFs/TFs within the club.

We welcome all MGs including the more modern saloons and the current era of the new SAIC built MGs. We even have a few members with non-MG or classic cars but have an interest or are interested in purchasing one in the near future.

As well as our monthly meetings we publish a monthly newsletter that can be downloaded from the West Cheshire MGOC News section of this website. We also organise other events throughout the year that include club stands at national and local car shows, evening drives throughout the summer months, social events and local museum trips.

The club is also proud to have formed the Cheshire Candles Charity, that aims to raise money for local charities each year. We do this by organising our ever popular Cheshire Candles Charity Run.
