Our annual drive out in support of drive it day. We will be meeting at the Grosvenor Garden Centre, Wrexham Road, Belgrave, Chester, CH4 9EB at 09.45 am for a 10.00 am start. After a drive over the Denbigh Moors our mid point stop will be the Llyn Brenig Visitor Centre, Cerrigydrudion, Conwy, Wales, LL21 9TT. Please note that parking is free for the first hour so we will be stopping no longer than this. However, this will give ample time for a comfort break and a drink and food if required. Our route will continue into Wales to our end point Gwyrch Castle, Abergele, LL22 8ET. A total drive of about 80 miles. Route cards will be handed out on the day.

You will need to go to the castle website and book a ticket for the normal self guided tour. These are currently £10 for an adult Book Ticket Here. The castle has a very nice coffee shop and food is also available from a hot food van selling burgers and snacks. You are also welcome to take your own picnics to eat in the grounds and by your car.
